Registering for ConVocation

Log into CASPR by entering your Used ID and Password, then clicking on the "Login" button.

The Services Menu will be displayed, showing the functions available to you. Above the list of selections will be a reminder of the account you have logged in under.

Select the "Register to Attend ConVocation" button.

The Member selection screen will be displayed. In the center of this screen will be a drop-down box listing the Members that are attached to your account.

Select the name of the individual that you wish to register and click on the "Continue" button.

The Registration Information screen will be displayed. Enter the name you would like on your badge. If you would like to be a Volunteer an ConVocation, check the "Volunteering" box. Click on the "Submit" button.

If there are additional Member records attached to your account, you may also Register any or all of them at this time. For each Member that you wish to Register, select that name from the drop don list as above.

If you are done registering individuals, click on the "Check Out" button.

Your Registration invoice will be displayed.

To pay by mail, select "Print" on the "File" menu. Mail a copy of the printout, along with a check or money order made out to MEC, to the address provided.

To pay using PayPal, click on the PayPal icon. Follow the instructions on the PayPal page.
