CASPR

Important Information

 

All individuals who do any of the following at ConVocation must be entered into CASPR.:

The basis for all of the data associated with these activities is the Member Record. In addition, each Member record must be attached to an Account. The Account owner is responsible for entering and maintaining all records associated with the Account.

EXAMPLES

1. Individual Attendee

Create an account and enter your information into the Member record (you are the account owner).Once these records have been successfully created, you may use all available functions of CASPR.

2. Head of Household/group

Create an account and enter your information into the Member record (you are the account owner). Create Member records for each member of your family/group. Once these records have been successfully inserted, you may use all available functions of CASPR for any of these records.

3. Business / Artist / Advertiser

First, create an Account and Member record for yourself. Next, create a record for your business entity (for the purposes of our database, an artist is a business entity). You may create Member records for your employees if you will be managing those records. Once these records have been successfully inserted, you may use all available functions of CASPR for any of these records.

3. Teacher

First, create an Account and Member record for yourself. Then, create a teacher record. Once these records have been successfully inserted, you may use all available functions of CASPR for any of these records.
